The fee is a fixed percentage of goods value (5% personal, 3.5% enthusiast, custom for business). Every quote itemises goods, domestic shipping, service fee and international freight separately — the total doesn't move after you approve it. Import duty is charged by your own customs, never by me.
Sourcing to my warehouse usually takes 2–5 days. International: 3–7 days by express courier, 7–15 days by air line-haul, 30–45 days by sea. The exact window is stated in your quote.
Yes. Battery goods move on dedicated lithium-compliant lines with UN38.3 and MSDS documentation and air-standard insulated packing. Large packs (e-bike batteries) need destination rules checked in advance.
I prepare the customs paperwork and declare goods and value honestly. Whether duty applies depends on your country's thresholds — I'll tell you the likely exposure up front and pack/route to minimise inspection risk.
Anything wrong before dispatch gets returned — it never boards the plane. For transit damage, the pre-shipment photos and video serve as evidence for the insurance or carrier claim, which I file and chase for you.
